The Site of Circumscription
The Site of Circumscription, or Trapped in a Miniature Clawfooted Bathtub.
Performed at the Betty Pease Studio Theatre at University of Michigan, April 10, 2010, as part of "Three Times Fast", a program of graduate student choreography
Choreographed by Jessica Bonenfant, in collaboration with the performers: Austin Selden and Aidan Feldman.
Composed by Nate May (Psoy Korolenko, improvised Russian poetry; Fritz McGirr, percussion improvisation; Nate May, celeste improvisation and Wurlitzer organ; Alex Trulove, trombone; Danny Fisher-Lochhead, alto saxophone; screams were recorded in Cape Town, South Africa, on the announcement of the results of the 2008 U.S. election.)

Originally from Oak Park, IL (just outside Chicago), I'm a recent graduate of University of Michigan with dual degrees in Computer Science and Dance, now living in Brooklyn.
A web developer by day and dancer by night, I am working as a Ruby on Rails developer for Jux.com, and performing with Artichoke Dance Company (Lynn Neuman), Chavasse Dance & Performance (Amy Chavasse) and A Corps Perdu (Stephanie Landouer).
My interests include user interface design, web/software development, artificial intelligence, choreography, road & mountain biking, eating, discovering music, sustainable design, improvisation, dance performance and physical theater. To name a few.
